* Our rate is a flat fee, there are no additional taxes or surcharges, no food and beverage minimums, no cake cutting fees, no corkage fees and you can provide your own alcohol. This gives you a tremendous amount of control over your budget. We have partnered with a full-service caterer to help you create your dream wedding.
Prices do not change if hosting a “reception only” or cocktail party. Overtime is available as follows: Friday and Saturday events can extend to 12:00 AM. Sunday through Thursday events can extend to 11:00 PM. Please contact the Events Office for pricing.
The ballroom can accommodate up to 200 seated guests at tables with a separate dancefloor or 300 guests standing or theatre-style seating.
The outside garden area can hold up to 500 + guests (certain restrictions apply).
Prices below are for a ten (10) hour time period on the day of your event. You will have access to our entire ground floor, including the lawns and veranda for the entirety of your event. We only book one event per day, so the Castle is exclusively yours on your event day.

We offer our couples the opportunity to place a courtesy hold once they have toured the venue. This courtesy hold allows you to have first right of refusal, should someone else want to book your date.
In order to reserve your date with the Castle Green, we require 50% of the venue fee and a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit, along with a signed contract. We accept payment in the form of checks or credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa). Your final payment is due two months prior to your wedding date.
